About "My Account"
Store your shipping and billing info with us by setting up an account. Click on "My Account" and visit the "Create New Account" link. We keep your customer data private. You can also check out without creating an account. Simply fill out the required information each time.

To view our selection of products, visit our many Windows Galleries by clicking on the Gallery destination desired or performing a search.

Using the Shopping Cart
Clicking "Add to Cart" will place a desired product into your Shopping Cart. To see what you have placed in your cart click "View Cart" at the top of each page. To remove an item go to "View Cart" and click on "Remove" beside the item you wish to take out of your cart.
Our shopping cart utilizes "cookies" in your browser to remember who you are and what you have placed in your cart. You will not have to remember a membership number or a password.
Placing An Order
To place an order, follow these steps:
- Search or browse our store and add items to your cart as described in "Using The Shopping Cart."
- Visit "View Cart" and click "Check Out."
- Fill out the shipping, billing, and payment info on our secure page.
- Wait for your products to arrive.
Payment Options
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. The billing address must match the address on your credit card. All credit card orders are verified and authorized through a credit card authorization service. If the information provided does not match up with the information on file with our credit card company your order could be denied for processing. Please make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address when completing your information in the shopping cart area. Or, if you prefer to make payment via Postal Money Order you will need to fax (513-521-4546) your order form and then submit your payment via mail (Windows Of Nature, P.O.Box 540983, Houston, Texas 77524). Your order will not be processed until payment is received. For more, refer to "Contact Us".
Ordering by Mail or Fax
In addition to being able to order prints online, "Windows of Nature" also makes available ordering by mail and fax. Download one of the following forms and follow the instructions for fax and mail ordering.
Once you download these documents, you will need either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print.
Our Commitment To Quality
We produce only the highest quality images, prints, and framing. Our commitment to you is to make your purchase of Dee Ann's limited edition photographic prints a beautiful experience, ultimately enhancing your art collection. Should there be any damage or defects with your matted and framed image, "Windows of Nature" provides a 30-day replacement or refund policy. Please contact us upon receipt of your image before attempting to return a damaged product so that we may provide you with the appropriate steps to take.
Purchase Agreement - Please Read Carefully
By pressing the "check-out" button you are authorizing "Windows of Nature" to charge your credit card in-full at the time of order for your individually commissioned limited edition print. This will also include the respective shipping charges as well as sales tax for the residents of Texas (8.25 %)
